Who I Am

I’m Katja, a coach with expertise in (mental and physical) wellness, professional development, and transformation for high-achieving professionals. With over 12 years of experience in corporate leadership roles, including positions as a lawyer, manager, and director in the financial sector, I’ve seen how burnout, stress, and mental roadblocks can hinder even the most capable individuals. As a mother of two boys (10 years and 5 months), I also know how it is to get back to work to a high-demanding environment, wanting to grow in your career while at the same time maintaining a healthy mind, body and hopefully also a relationship with yourself and partner.

I’m also experienced in physical training (barre trainer and CPD certified pre-post natal trainer), neuroplasticity and hypnotherapy, which allows me to combine proven methods with a holistic approach to mental and physical wellness.

My unique coaching style blends these techniques to help you break free from limiting beliefs and achieve lasting change.
