The Practice

In short about the 'How'?

Between us and our desired state, there are often, as I call them, 'roadblocks' that prevent empowerment.

With EnerShe, you will learn to:

Identify Roadblocks: Pinpoint obstacles obstructing your path with our specially developed Awareness Training (AT)
Cultivate (Mental) Awareness: Heighten your recognition of these roadblocks as they arise.
Enhance Physical Awareness: Train yourself to connect with your body more deeply. The physical practice encompasses awareness of bodily sensations, as well as (sometimes) implemented workout routines for enhacing strenght and flexibility in the back, core and hip area, resulting in more control over - and understanding of your body.
Express and release emotions: which are tied to these obstacles (as oppossed to distraction or supression). We use a specially developed Creative Outlet method (the EnerShe "CO method") as part of this element.
Consciously make choices: Developing the ability to consciously choose your responses, actions etc.
Transcend Obstacles: Gradually overcome and move beyond the roadblocks.
Cultivate Empowering Experiences: Forge new, value-aligned experiences, fostering joy, fulfillment, and growth.
